  • Day One: Arrival & Coastal Welcome

    Crossing Into Stillness

    Afternoon: Arrive in Bodø (BOO). A boat transfer brings you to the harbor where we board passenger ferry to Nordskot. Watch the mainland recede as you enter the quiet of the islands.

    Evening: Arrive at Naustholmen, your historic island home. Settle into your cabin by the sea.

    Welcome circle and meditation to set intention to the sound of waves of the Arctic Sea.

    Welcome dinner featuring local and garden offerings, followed by an introduction to the week ahead.

    If skies are clear, we’ll gather for Northern Lights viewing.

  • Day Two: Island Rhythms & Ancient Paths

    Rooting into History
    13, September 2027

    Morning Yoga awakening into the cool sea air.

    Enjoy a hearty Nordic breakfast with homemade bread, eggs, and smoked fish.

    Historic Walk at Grøttøya to explore preserved fishing villages and learn tales of centuries-old coastal life.

    Free Afternoon: Choose to kayak, read by the fireplace, or join "daily life" foraging for mushrooms or making bread.

    Restorative Yoga

    Dinner, followed by Storytelling with Randi - an evening of folklore & mountain adventures

  • Day Three: Elemental Exploration & Inner Depths

    Courage & Discovery

    Morning Yoga, followed by homemade Breakfast.

    Guided Cave Hike. An unforgettable excursion into coastal caves, to find profound quiet and geological wonder (moderate pace, equipment provided).

    Free Afternoon: Option for wood fired Sauna session followed by a refreshing dip in the Arctic sea.

    Restorative Yoga to integrate the day’s adventures.

    Final dinner at Naustholmen

  • Day Four: Passage to Manshausen

    Transition & Expansion

    15, September 2027

    Final Breakfast with Randi and Team

    Scenic private transfer to the iconic Manshausen Island.

    Arrival at Manshausen’s stunning sea cabins. Time to settle in and marvel at the panoramic views from your glass room.

    Afternoon Yoga + Meditation

    Welcome dinner at Manshausen, featuring Arctic local delicacies. If skies are clear, we’ll gather to view the Northern Lights.

  • Day Five: Arctic Waters & Northern Sky

    Connection & Bounty

    16, September 2027

    Sunrise Meditation & Yoga, followed by luxurious breakfast.

    Fishing Trip (2 hours). Join local fishermen to try your hand at Arctic fishing—a true Nordic ritual!

    Free Afternoon: Explore island’s trails, relax in sauna, or soak in hot tub overlooking the sea.

    Restorative Yoga, perfect after a day on the water.

    Dinner, and If skies are clear, we’ll gather for Northern Lights viewing.

  • Day Six: Integration & Auroral Peace

    Wholeness & Wonder

    17, September 2027

    Morning Yoga, followed by Brunch.

    Free Day: a day to absorb the magic.

    Options for the day include:

    A guided walk to hidden beach; massage (additional cost), writing, painting, or napping in your cabin with the view. Try the sauna, hot tub, and Arctic cold plunge.

  • Day Seven: Departure | Carrying the Silence

    Last views of the island as we depart on private transfer to the ferry to the mainland.

    Departure from Bodø Airport (BOO) carrying home the profound peace of the Arctic coast.

What to Expect:

  • Weather: September offers crisp air (5-10°C), potential for Northern Lights, and stunning autumn colors. Pack layers, waterproof gear, and a warm hat.

  • Activity Level: Gentle to moderate. The cave hike requires stable footing; all activities are optional.

  • Spirit: An openness to simplicity, nature’s rhythms, and the profound quiet of the Arctic coast.
